Challenge #244

Our Challenge Theme
this week is:
Father's Day/Masculine
So we need to see :
Those cards for the Important Men in your life,
Father, Grandfather, Step-father, even your Uncle
or that special Man who taught you how to live ....

I have a couple of things to say before we get on with the fun.
First I would like to say a sad goodbye to one of our lovely ladies,
Vrajangna, who is leaving to focus on her family.
We wish her all the best and she will be sadly missed.

Also I would like to apologise to all of you who struggled
with Mr Linky last week.
I'm not sure what happened, as it seems to be working on my end,
saying it was live and working all week.
If you do come across any problems please let me know.
And thank you so much for sticking with us during this
troubling patch xxx

We have a wonderful prize

Naz Smith lives in Melbourne, Australia.
Card making rocks and she particularly enjoys colouring and drawing cute illustrations.
Her love of drawing had lead her to create and sell her own digital stamps.
She adores seeing how people use her artwork to make wonderful projects.
Her son is a huge inspiration and a lot of her work is based on photos of him,
and influenced by her love of Japanese Anime.

Francesca is the Owner/Artist/Designer of Cute As A Button Stamps.
She lives in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and has four wonderful children,
2 granddaughters and a very understanding and godly hubby
who she has been married to for almost 30 years now.
She has been a crafty, artsy kind of girl since the age of 4, like forever!
Her dream has always been to have a career in the creative arts.
She has worked both in the non-profit and in the legal corporate world for over 30 years
before opening Cute As A Button Stamps, which is now her full time gig.
Due to personal reasons she needed to find something that had no start up costs
and could help support her family, thus,
Cute As A Button Stamps was opened in 2013.
Cute As A Button has grown and now has over 300 Digi Stamps,
and will be offering rubber stamps, card toppers and more items very soon.

So Sorry about Mr Linky last week,
he really is not playing nice.
Its telling me the Account is active when plainly its not.
So I have made a new Mr Linky Account,
which hopefully will behave itself now.

Hi I am Wendy Burns I live in Nottingham UK with my husband and two children
who have been the inspiration behind the characters,
in particular my daughter who has kept me up-to-date with blogging and trends.
I work predominantly within the textile children’s wear market, fashion and interiors.
I trained as a textile designer and although my work is digital based,
I love to retain that hand drawn /sewn feel which I hope comes across in my artwork.
Digital stamps is a new challenge for me and the opportunity to work with the All Dressed Up Team has been very exciting,
in particular the creative way my characters have been given individual personalities by the designers.
All Dressed Up is a newly launched blog with an enthusiastic team who are passionate about stamping.
The coordinators Anne Lise and Bettina along with an amazing design team are also known as The Dressy Girls.
We have a friendly Facebook page, regular blog posts, tutorials, challenges and freebies.
The stamps can be purchased from the Etsy shop which is updated on a monthly basis.
We really are friendly bunch and would love to see your creations
so please feel free to contact us and visit the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog.
